We are pleased to announce that the 5^th International Particle Accelerator Conference IPAC’14 will take place at the International Congress Center , Germany, from June 15 - 20, 2014. The conference has been held consecutively in Asia, Europe and North America since 2010, and combines the previous continental conferences. This is the second IPAC to be held in Europe.

IPAC'14 is expected to attract over 1500 scientists and engineers from accelerator laboratories around the world. These participants will include many decision-making managers from major international laboratories.

Various options to sponsor this conference are offered to industrial representatives. If the sponsors plan to present their own shows during the conference, a timely agreement with the conference organizer is required.

Presentation of products or services
The purpose of the exhibition program is to present products and/or services relevant to the participant’s professional interests. The exhibitors should emphasize instruments, products or services for use in teaching and research, books and other publications in scientific fields of relevance to the interests of the participants. For the public, and in particular for students, the exhibition shall also have an educational character. Intercom reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny applications for exhibition space and to allocate space among exhibitors.

Companies and organizations are cordially invited to present their services and products at the IPAC’14. The exhibition will take place at hall 1 – 5 in the International Congress Centre close to the keynote talks. Participation will be limited to 92 booths; we encourage you to register early to avoid disappointment.

The poster sessions and coffee breaks of the conference are located in the same hall to encourage interaction between the industrial exhibition and the conference participants. The poster sessions will be held in the same area for easy communication between exhibitors and customers. The exhibition is fully integrated into the conference activities.
